Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Returns of Unused Consumables
Returns of unused consumables are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must not be installed or used. Sale items are final and non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund.

3. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or it was damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns.

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at srcncconsumables@gmail.com. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exceptions & Notes
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Items must not be used or installed.
