1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of the order. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

5. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For damaged items, include photos of both the package and item. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
