1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure, and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred without our written permission.

2. Products & Orders
We make every effort to accurately describe products. Colors or appearance may vary due to your device settings. All consumables must be used as intended in compatible machines. Once installed or used, items cannot be returned. Sale items are final and non-returnable. Orders are offers to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Please review your order carefully before submission; cancellation after acceptance may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. All prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize payment for your orders.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns of unused consumables are accepted within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for full details. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or it was damaged.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials are owned by SRCNC Consumables or our licensors and protected by law. You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services to violate laws or third-party rights, harass, abuse, or harm anyone, upload viruses or malware, or spam, phish, or scrape our site.
